This weekend we have the opportunity to cover the ZIMFEST LIVE one festival. ZimFest Live has grown from humble beginnings to become one of the biggest and most anticipated African festivals on the festival calendar. Starting in 2001, in a field behind Wands-worth Prison in south-west London, the festival has spread its magic round the world to Cape Town, Perth, Brisbane and Oslo.
Jane began her musical career at the age of 6 singing in the school choirs from primary school. Her gifting was noticed by one school teacher who encouraged her and took her on to start learning to play the piano. By the time she finished primary education, she was playing the piano and singing at school assemblies and occasions. Throughout secondary and high school, Jane led worship in school Scripture Unions and pioneered several singing groups in the schools she attended. It was during these years that she received endorsements from various clergy who confirmed her calling and music ministry.
